Payment terms Payment of 50% should be made within eight days of the reservation date with the final balance due 45 days prior to departure.

 

Cancellations must be made in writing, by the signatory who booked the holiday, together with the return of any travel documents. If the cancellation is made more then 30 days before the departure date, the Company reserves the right to keep the 50% of the total amount, and if the cancellation is made within 30 days before the departure date, the Company reserves the right to make no refund of the total amount.
